I've always been inspired by Joe's roadside creek (I think it's on page 4 of this thread) so I had to give something like it a try. I used Envirotex with a touch of blue for the water in the pond, and topped it with some acrylic gloss medium to give is a sense of movement. There's a waterfall in the background that feeds the creek. Here's my feeble attempt ... thanks for the inspiration Joe!

The bulk of the waterfall is a long strip of clear hot glue. A little white dry brushing. Daycron was added for some misting effect, and some of the Envirotex was dribbled on it to create some "glisten" to the falling water...
